Order Confirmation and back orders

Once you have placed an order with wish, you will receive an email within 24 hours (weekdays only) confirming your order. Please note that although we endeavour to have all clothing featured on our website available for immediate dispatch, high demand may mean that a product sells out before we can update the site. If it is an ongoing item, it we be placed on back order and sent out as soon as it arrives without any additional delivery charge. Unfortunately we must sometimes advise our customers that back orders are not available as a style has been sold out. We will advise you of any back orders or sold out items in our confirmation of order email.
